I couldn't reset my password and general questions
I received very efficient service; I appreciated the treatment I received and the quick responses. The only thing I don't like about Verpex is that when I asked, they said they can't offer more than 4GB of RAM beyond the Ultimate Reseller plan. They should create an upgrade for companies like ours that need it; 4GB isn't enough. That's just my humble opinion, because companies like mine are willing to pay for it. Easy Reseller Onboarding & Excellent Customer Service
I'm a new client to Verpex having migrated over from HostArmada (who are quickly becoming overpriced) and ordered the Ultimate Reseller package. Super easy ordering process and I was supported by Yoedhi who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He imported all 23 client cPanel accounts effortlessly and also identified a bug with my WHM Packages quickly.
