I order Yeoreo jumpsuits from Amazon and omg I love them! But they need prettier colors to choose from. I want lavender, ice blue, light sage green, yellow colors in the open back scrunch butt styles. I love the removable padding and how the jumpsuits define my body. Please make more colors in all the jumpsuit styles including skinny leg, flare leg, and long sleeves and short sleeves. View More
The size chart is very wrong. There is no way to return/exchange without further costs.
The size chart is very wrong. They make it costly and effort consuming to return/exchange items. Their communication is confusing. I am upset that I have lost my money to this sham of a business.

I was very surprised that the quality of this cheap products is actually great! I love the materials, size guide was accurate. Fast shipping to Finland, took only few days. They even contacted me when one of the products was out of stock, and replaced it. 5/5! View More

Excellent customer service.
Overall very happy with yeoreo customer service: I had issues with the courier and reached out to yeoreo and they were very prompt with their replies and reassured that they would do everything they could to ensure I would receive my package. After the 4th delivery attempt I finally received it. despite the wait and frustration with the courier, yeoreo customer service is excellent and I would purchase again for that alone. I very much like the style and fit of their eddiy pants.. so soft! I really hope they switch couriers. View More

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The clothes run small and the return policy is the most outlandish return process I have ever seen. Customers are required to pay for the return shipping, you also have to send a picture of the item you are returning in the original packing via email to customer service before they will even “accept” the return. Basically they will try ANYTHING to not have to accept your return. It’s also takes at minimum 2 weeks to receive the items after placing the order. Just don’t do it. View More

Ordered 2 items and waited one whole month with no update. Only to check and realised that it never got shipped from China. Returned to sender before it even got a chance to arrive in my country. Thin material & low quality
Pros: Zip romper appears true to picture. Brown colour appears the same. Stitching is neat. Design is appealing. Free delivery. Cons: 3 stars down due to thin low quality material like a children's party costume. Invisible underwear line shows through romper so I cannot wear it at the public gym. Due to the thinness, the collar is floppy and not smooth & the shorts bunch up when you squat so I have to continuously pull them down. Romper came in a vacuum suction plastic zip lock bag, which made the romper wrinkly but that did fade away after one wash through the washing machine. Some pilling has developed after one wash. The romper did not have a Yeoreo brand tag on the clothing. There is not much compression. Size small/8 runs more like x-small/6. The length for size small was quite snug on me, I am 5'2" and 49kg. May not be suitable for taller females. This would be far better sold on Alibaba or Amazon for $30 rather than $70 AUD. The higher price gave me the impression that this would be as good as Lorna Jane or the major sportswear brands so I was shocked and disappointed when I received the item, which took 13 days from China to Australia. Been a month now and still haven’t received product.
Bought something literally four weeks ago. Reached out to customer service and got an auto reply saying something about a “holiday” from October 6-10th and they’d get back after that. Still waiting on product. Have written three times now and got a voucher for $5 which is useless for a product I may or may not ever receive. View More

DON’T BUY FROM THEM, THEY SCAM PEOPLE! I placed an order but accidentally entered the wrong address, and there was no way to cancel it (even right after placing it). I contacted them, and they said they would take care of changing the address to the correct one. A few days later, I saw from the tracking that the package had been returned to the sender. Now they’re asking if I want them to resend it to the correct address, but I don’t trust them at all. I asked for a refund, but I know I’ll never get it! Thieves! DO NOT BUY! View More
Terrible return service
Terrible return service. Con you out of money by suggesting to give you some money back if you keep it to resell. But they charge you half the value to return it and they only send their courier service so your parcel is left out for them to collect. On top of this sizing is way off. View More

NEVER buy from this brand!!!
I wouldn’t recommend Yeoreo. The size chart is completely off – I ordered my normal size and it didn’t fit at all. On top of that, the return policy is honestly terrible. They charge €20 return costs + a 10% return fee, and you still have to pay for shipping back yourself. That’s ridiculous for an online clothing store. Not customer-friendly at all. This brands quality is amazing however I’ve been trying to return 2 tops for the past few weeks but customer service don’t respond! Beware of this brand before buying as if you’re not happy with your purchase you will have NO OPTION but to keep it and waste your money.
