I was just wondering about the yose triangle battery the 36volt 21ah one is it the same as the ups battery that's been recalled but using yose brand name instead

My kit has a little over 4900 km made in 2 years. The customer support was always helpful, even before the purchase, as I had no idea exactly what model I need to buy. In total 5 spokes broke, but they were replaced on warranty and even paid the bike shop to do it. A very good experience overall and a cheap, but quality DYI. The fact that you can return the bicycle to the original state is a plus for me. Easy to use, easy to install, easy to take out the battery to recharge it in the house. View More

Kit failed under a year and there is virtually no customer support at all it’s been nearly a month since I contacted yose about my faulty kit not replying to messages issue not resolved at all AVOID
CANNOT RECOMMEND - INCOMPETENCE & SLOPPY BUSINESS
1) 4 parts missing from original order 2) I was lied to - told new parts or replacement was being sent but it wasn't, and was asked procrastinating questions 3) after return of original order and sending receipts for posting, it took far too long to acknowledge and organise a refund 4) refund never did arrive from the YOSEPOWER even after 13 days 5) I had to involve Amazon ultimately to get the refund Very bad business practices No customer service to contact Very bad sloppy refund system Sorry; I cannot recommend this company but cannot comment on the product as I did not have an opportunity to use it. Yose power poor customer service
Have owned a Yose power rear wheel conversion kit for 14 months, without any issues, I was very happy. Unfortunately my battery started to suddenly shut down at just around 50% of it's charge. I contacted customer service as the battery is in warranty for 18 months. They asked me to return the battery so that could test and repair it, which I did. After a few days they contacted me to say the battery was beyond repair due the water damage and my best option was to buy a second hand battery at a cost of £120. I was surprised to here it was water damage as I avoid riding in the rain, and if I've been caught in the rain on my 15min commute I always dry everything when I get to my destination. I asked them to return the battery, which they did. When I receive it I decided to have a look inside to see how bad the water damage was. To my surprise the inside of the battery was like new with no sign of any water damage. This is very poor customer service and makes the warranty not worth the paper it's written on and has left me feeling that they just wanted to get more money out of me. View More
there is no after sales service
there is no after sales service, if you have a problem they just answer "send us a video" and then nothing happens. I bought it on Amazon , there is no A to Z guarantee , you can’t return the stuff if it don’t work correctly. I can’t recommend neither the seller as the conversion kit. View More

I decided to convert my two existing…
I decided to convert my two existing bicycles, having done me research I decided to go with Yose Power as the kit they offered suited the bike's conversion requirements. I placed the order and within 3 days I received the conversion kits. On opening the box's I was very impressed with the quality of this kit and was very well packaged ensuring no damage would occur. The instructions are adequate but you do need some previous experience working on bicycle's to understand how to for the conversion kit. Having said that you where provided with the necessary tools and all the items of the kit fitted perfectly without any major issues. Setting up the controller was easy and is easy to read, also it has a back light for those dark nights. Once everything was fitted (took me about 3 hours) and the batteries where fully charge I took the Bicycle out for a test ride, the PAS function works very well (1 to 5 settings) and I would recommend fitting the brake sensors (this cuts out the motor if you are pedalling whilst braking - a v-good safety feature). There are various instruction manuals online (via Yose Power) which helps provide some more information if required. I had to communicate with Yose Power UK via email and all my emails where answered. Last final point make sure you pick the right wheel type as there are two types, cassette type and freewheel type as this will affect if your existing rear cogs will fits - do your research on you existing bike to find out which type you have before you order !. Don’t buy this and waste £300 just get bafang
Absolutely trash product if you reading this I very highly suggest that you don’t waste your Money on this product everything they give you is cheap and crap and breaks within a month I had this and when you kit does break which it will you have to contact customer service to get it sent back and repaired. Don’t bother 🤦 I had a crappie service guy called Joey who told me to use a voltmeter on my battery, can you explain how that’s going to fix my motor wheel 🤦🤦 0 stars 💩💩😡 View More

Have a Yose Power 48v conversion kit for two years now . Commute 25 miles a day. Battery is starting to show it's age but I still get about 20 miles out of a charge. Can't comment on customer service because I've never needed them. Just purchased a replacement battery. View More

It looks like I’ll be taking Yosepower to court. Here’s the situation: I bought a battery last year for £189 on Amazon from them, used it lightly, and now the indicator has stopped working. It’s just out of warranty, so I contacted them for help. Their response? They told me to test the voltage. I explained I don’t have a voltage meter, and their reply was, “I suggest you purchase one.” On top of that, they insisted I’d have to pay for any repairs because it’s out of warranty. I then pointed out my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but since then—radio silence. So, see you soon, Yosepower. I’m looking forward to hearing your response in court. Fantastic batterys
Ordered 2 battery’s for my assist bikes from Halfords! As the battery’s they come with do not last long atall so I need a spare to carry with me! I nearly ordered the battery’s from Halfords but they wanted £300 for 1 grade b used battery! I managed to find yosepower after searching online! I ordered them and My battery’s come next day and honestly they are even better than the original battery’s I’ve got with the bikes, they last double the amount the original do! and cost £138 brand new! Honestly I cannot be happier thank you yosepower wish I knew about you sooner, will defo use you again x View More

2nd battery I have purchased, within the last year. No issues at all. Nice and weighty battery, not some cheap rubbish that come with my bike.

Don't bother purchasing anything from them. If anything goes wrong and you need help, it takes a long time to resolve the issue you have. They state the email is 'UK' but it is clear the person contacting you is based in China as the time you receive responses will be at times like 3am. The phone number provided is from China - so only way of contacting them is email. View More

Great service and support was very helpful especially Joey who was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got me kit. Kit was very easy to install. Went on a 20 mile run to make sure everything was working as it should and I was very impressed with it. View More
Great experience with E-Bike conversion kit
I personally bought an E-bike conversion kit. It was great, fast delivery and arrived with everything in it. The only thing I wished to be different is that the description doesnt say, that all the tools are inclueded in the kit. There was a crank as well as a cassette removal tool included. Other than that my experience was decent. It makes quite a noise but that doesnt matter to me. After 3 months of use, it works perfectly. (If something breaks, I'll change this review) The support is also great. Although the support is located in china, they perfectly answered my question after a night. View More

Another review from me. Been using these kits now for a couple of years. I don't understand why people say the customer service is bad, because I contacted customer service today with a general enquiry regarding my motor wire which was becoming damaged. No questions asked they said we will just send you a new motor. I've never had a problem with the customer service they are always very helpful and replace items with no fuss whatsoever. I think they very much look after their loyal customers. You look after them they look after you. Iv had two kits, 3 batteries and several accessories. I will continue for many years to buy from this company. Outstanding! View More

I purchased a battery from YOSE Power that was faulty from the very beginning. After multiple attempts to get it fixed, they replaced it once — but that replacement also failed within the warranty period. Now they’re trying to charge me £30–£80 to repair something that is still under their 18-month warranty. Their website clearly states that battery cells are covered for 18 months, with no mention of any repair fees during that time. They also claim to follow a fair warranty policy — but in practice, they seem to limit support and try to pass off costs onto the customer. To make matters worse, the company has ignored the fact that the product was never fully functional, which is a breach of both their own policy and UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). I’ve given them every chance to resolve this fairly and amicably, but unless they act in line with their published terms, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and pursuing legal action. Disappointed and would not recommend unless you’re prepared to fight for your rights. View More
Doesn't work. Really unhelpful customer service
The screen doesn't turn on. I emailed yosepower customer service who replied "Impossible" and then asked whether I had turned it on. This from an outfit who sent me a rear wheel kit when I ordered a front wheel kit. I have asked for a replacement screen which they've ignored. All they are doing is putting obstacles in my way without addressing the problem. Well yosepower it is possible for screens to fail because there is plenty of stuff on the internet showing this. Why don't you actually listen to your customers instead of being unhelpful. View More

Placed my order approximately 2 days ago and it arrived nice and early today, all packaging in perfect condition and double boxed. I am always happy with a service that delivers your product well within the time specified, and kept updated from day one with details about the carrier service and so on.
