Perpetual license, cross platform

This is the best I've seen
This is the best tool I've seen, that will make the web usable again by blocking most ad annoyances. Additionally, it allows me to remove space wasting elements on my favorite streaming service sites. The only ad blocker that still works for me
After YouTube started detecting Ublock Origin Lite a few weeks ago, I downloaded AdGuard from the Chrome Webshop, and it was the only ad blocker that didn't get immediately detected by YouTube. I have used Adguard for years and was happy with it. Recently the update changed it. I was unable to use it and all of a sudden started getting ads. The tech support seems to be a bot? No personal help, just a cheery response and a solution in a programming language. No response that was personal to the issue. Had to research online sites, and did get the new bug fix installed. But now I have ads,I have reinstalled changed the settings and still ads. Get no help from support they closed the ticket despite my telling them the issue persists. I can't get a refund and have paid till Feb. I'll be cancelling my renewal and looking for a new adblocker. They were so good! I'm bummed. View More

The product is great! It really blocks the ads well on both my computer and my phone. I reached out to support as I was getting set up and they responded promptly. It's a great experience so far.

WELL, THE VERY MINUTE I INSTALLED THIS APP IT REMOVED ALL ADS. NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THIS TO ME. FROM NOW ON THIS WILL BE THE ONLY ADBLOCKER I USE!!

It was better before
It stopped working correctly on iOS. Support stopped responding me after they realized that it is not because my plugin was turned off 🤦♂️
The app is amazing on all platforms (PC, Mac, IOS, Android)
The app is amazing across devices, especially on Android. I turned on HTTP3/QUIC and not just my internet, but my PHONE itself got faster. FYI: I saw a 1/5 review on here by a user who downloaded the Android Samsung and Yandex browser extension app, which is found in the Google Play Store. The REAL AdGuard app is not in the Play Store and must be downloaded directly from their website as an APK file. You will then install it manually from your download folder. View More
Poor Response Time, Too Many Emails
Did not hear from the support team in the 24 hour window the site said I would. Resolved the problem myself through some Google searches, but would be nice if AdGuard had a section in the FAQ about managing certs for certain browsers that utilize the Gecko engine (Firefox) so I didn't have to look elsewhere. Most frustrating of all is the amount of emails I've gotten since then. I sent one in with my issue, and another two days later when I resolved it myself. Despite that, I've gotten 3-4 emails now from AdGuard and that's honestly very unnecessary. The followup email, the closing ticket notification email, and the survey request could have been sent as a single correspondence. I'm very disappointed in your company's approach to communication, so hopefully this review helps you fix your policies for better customer support in the future. View More
Perfect, were it not for the glaring security concerns
The app worked seamlessly, no complaints at all. It even runs well on Linux (Debian), which was unexpectedly cool. However, I am concerned about the amount of power) control it demands over your browsing experience - especially its ability (by definition) to read passwords and so on. Related to that, I was really disturbed to discover the company's origins in and current connections to Russia, which wasn't made very clear on the site. View More

I'm also all about that privacy life and using adguard is a total game-changer for blocking those annoying ads. The VPN is another essential, keeping my browsing secure and hidden from prying eyes. I wish the VPN had even more server locations to choose from though, it would be perfect! Privacy is super important, and these tools really help me feel safe online. View More

Problem with AdGuard after upgrading to Windows 11
After upgrading to Windows 11 my AdGuard wouldn't work properly so I contacted their help line. AdGuard Technicians sent me a detailed plan on how to correct the problem. I followed their directions and my problem was corrected, with a follow up that if I needed any more help, anytime, all I had to do was contact them. I couldn't have asked for better service, well satisfied. View More
