I lost my account
I lost my account, and the email account as well. i forgot to close the billing card but my card was charged again this year. i talked with the team and within 2 days they issued the refund after i showed them the receipt. Thanks team adguard. View More
3 days of hell from Adguard
I have NEVER EVER purchased, downloaded, or contacted Adguard EVER. I have an antivirus program with no viruses reported. Windows Security advert and Google Chrome warning from Adguard pro got onto my computer telling me I have 5 viruses. My own anti-virus program reports NONE. At the same time I had multiple adverts from AVG and Total AV. AVG and Total AV are viruses in their own right and after being infected by them were a devil to get rid of so will never entertain them. Unable to get rid of Adguard and need to as they are disrupting my work as they block my computer screen and it is not possible to SNIP them at all so have had to take a photo instead. STOP PRESS I switched on my computer today and guess what. The annoying false virus reports from adguard pro are no longer there. This confirms that they read their reviews on Trustpilot and that they are fully aware of the false reports that they infect users computers. 15AUG25 View More
Do not buy life time membership
Lost Ad guard when forced to reset the computer! Contacted them online, provided my email, and they stated that they don't keep records of lifetime members, so it's not their problem. These people are untrustworthy! View More

Awesome ad blocker, but bit skeptical about reviews
AdGuard blocks ads cleanly, works on all my devices, and support helped me fast. Still, trust issues—that note about odd review invites makes me wonder how real the glow is. Love it, just cautious.
