I have ordered from the company before and was happy with the product. Good quality and I liked the design. So to reorder was no problem for me. Delivery was good.
Poor service
I purchased a hold-all which arrived damaged, the handles had glue all over them and black dye on bag itself, I was given an option on how I would like to proceed,I chose a refund but to my disappointment another bag was sent and I have been told if I want a refund I will have to return the bag I did not ask for and pay return postage . I would not recommend ordering from this company if you have any intention of returning something that does not meet your approval. View More
