Awful, shambolic, criminal?

Wrong order sent. Even after I sent a massage confirmation of the exact item I wanted. Want ridiculous money to return. The facebook customer service asked me the same question 4 times. Unsure if it’s just another bot. Additionally, my negative review has been censored, so that others cannot even see the mistakes the sellers all too often make. Obviously we have all known for ages about the fake reviews but now they are deleting genuine ones. I wouldn’t spend anything on this site that you are unwilling to lose completely. Even reading through trustpilot, check out the positive reviews, all made by people with new accounts and 1 review. It’s so blatant it wouldn’t be funny if they weren’t robbing. Another update, seller messaged me calling me a lunatic, and asking if I had eye problems or was drunk haha. Suppose this is the level of customer service expected when dealing with counterfeiters and scam artists. View More

Horrible customer service

I got scammed and the customer service don’t want to refund me, and the app is fully bugged since few years, I can’t log it say wrong password even though my password is valid and work in the browser. The site is bugged with the card payment you can’t pay with the cards you already used but you can’t remove them either. Please fix the problem quick. You lost a lot of customers. View More

I spent $75 on a pair of boots with shipping and I NEVER received my item from the seller whose store is called “Watermelonfrost”… they said they had “screenshots shots” but that meant nothing to me if I didn’t get what I paid for! Then they had the nerve to say to me they will reimburse me 1 cent . 😡 the insult and ordasity ! So they stole my Money as I didn’t get my boots and the website is unfair on this process . I’m going to call my bank and retrieve my money back ! So many fake reviews on the sellers page I fell for and for some reason my review didn’t show up on the page as I wrote a bad review from my experience. View More

Ordered a few things from this site. They have always been of poor quality but cheap to what they could of been. Your lucky if they last a month or 2 before they start falling apart. Seller: ggressaaa Order nr 314723883877 I have spend almost £500 =4,690.05 Chinese Yuan on this platform. Still waiting for one of my bag worth £113. And two others. But now i am truly questioning if its worth giving my sincerity to this platform. Sellers can do whatever they want even though this platform says they take actions against sellers very seriously but it doesnt feel like that. This seller ggressaaa got agree to send me ( QC) quality check pictures or vidoe after i have done my payments and before he will ship the parcel. So I can approve and then his going to ship.few days after payment i ask him when he is going to sent me QC and then ship he tells me he will do that after 7-8 days and again tell me he will send me vidoe ( QC) before shipping. One thing i noticed about him was that he was very active sending me messages and everything before payment but after payment he suddenly changed and didnt respond as quickly as he did after payment. Anyways Next day i get notification from dhgate that the parcel has been shipped from this seller. I reached to him and told him what we got agreed on. He completely ignored my messages,i tell him that i have reached out to the costumer service and they know about the situation. he answered with "awsome". And thats it. Unprofessional,unserious,Lier, untrustworthy seller. I reached to the costumer service and actually i get amazed by them everytime i reach out to them because they get so neutral between seller and buyer and its unbelievable. I hope this platform was same like ebay and amazon and shein. The costumer come first policy's. I have spend £10000 or even more on those platforms even though i meet this kind of sellers there as well i can trust those platform with my eyes closed because everytime i have reached out they have taken me seriously and taken action against sellers right on. Not just helping with the refund but taken my report seriously. I wish dhgate was the same So that sellers wouldnt run around on this platform with pride and ignorance. The sellers dont bother on this platform. I have been showing sincerity to ebay since 2009 Amazon since 2013 and shein since 2016 by the way. And so are they giving me back. Anyways The only "help" ive got from costumer service is to wait for the parcel to be delivered and come back if i am not happy with it. Because they have no authority to open a dispute they have no option because seller has uploaded the tracking number. Wow A seller is going around and lying and doing frauds on this platform and they are still waiting and want me to wait and see what i get.. this is not how it should be seriously. They should reach out to the seller and question him. I dont know what is going to happen i dont know what i should expect inside the parcel. I even dont know if i am going to get anything or not.
