Would give zero stars is I could. Logged in one day and was told my account was restricted. I thought this was strange since I only use it to buy things every now and then and hadn't really had any issues. Kept going back and forth with customer service who would only tell me that the account was restricted, and it was permanent and irreversible. What did I do, you may ask. Great question! Nobody knows. DH Gate doesn't seem to know, because they wouldn't tell me. I asked several customer service reps over and over again and none of them would give me a reason. Not even something vague like "payment issue" or "security concern". Literally nothing. Just restricted my account and gave absolutely no further information. View More

Beyond dreadful! Fraudsters
First time order with this company. Ordered on 7th November. Item due to be here around the 16th November. I checked for an update and the seller, who hadn't communicated at all, is not sending for another 6 weeks. I try to contact customer service and there is no way to do it. If you click on online chat, the page is blank. I request a refund and they are charging me to refund after they and the seller have lied. Absolute fraudsters!!! View More

I have ordered hundreds of items of DH gate which have had a very positive experience, however recently I ordered a jumper which arrived and was not the size specified, the seller refused to refund but I assumed Customer service would view the pictures and video and refund but they did not. I have now deleted the app. If customer service do not support the buyer then be very wary of buying anything as when it goes wrong you don't get a refund. View More

If I could give zero stars I would! Company is trash! Theives at work! Portal for sellers to scam people. They make it bad for ALL Chinese companies trying to earn a living. I hope the USA shuts off ALL commerce with these crooks! Their products are garbage and they make no attempts to allow for customers to return their garbage products for a refund! No more online buying from China for me! 7 out of 10 online stores are fake. Chat bots, gorgeous clothing that looks like it's worth $100s that don't exist. Fake misspelled positive reviews, no designer names, super small items, Fake AI pics and even video! My daughter saved me from spending $150 with these scams. Just go to the mall. View More

This has been one of the WORST purchases I have ever made on DHgate. The coat I received is cheap, shiny, badly made, and absolutely nothing like the seller’s photos. The zip is faulty, the padding is uneven, and the whole item looks like a completely different product. What’s worse is the seller’s behaviour. Instead of taking responsibility, they uploaded photos of a different, better-quality coat to pretend nothing was wrong. It feels dishonest and misleading. I should not have had to fight for a refund over something so obviously defective. Terrible quality, misleading photos, and zero accountability. There is no customer service for you to contact, you have to go through your bank to get your money refunded and dhgate will blatantly lie and leave you out of pocket

Guys before you think of anything, let me tell you how they scam people. Bought a phone from dhgate, it said its delivered but its not delivered to right address by Yodel company, I contacted seller, he said its not his problem as delivery shows delivered, i contacted yodel who said they cant do anything go back to seller, seller was least bothered and he didn't do anything, contacted dhgate a few times and they asked for a complaint number, I emailed yodel or contacted via chat they said they dont provide anything as such, contacted dhgate again and they said today. Sorry we wont be able to issue you a refund and we will release payment to seller. I mean my hard earned money wasted over these scammers!!! made several purchases on DHgate totaling around $400–$500. A few days after placing my orders, my account was suddenly restricted. I tried contacting DHgate, but they kept asking for my debit card information even though I paid through Apple Pay, so I couldn’t provide what they requested. Because of the restriction, I can’t access my account, my order numbers, or any details about my purchases. I also never received any of the items I paid for. My bank account is now closed, and DHgate has not helped me or removed the restriction on my account. At this point, it feels like my money was taken without receiving any products in return. This website is a scam. The advertise product is different from the item received. The resolution via DHgate is to offer less than half the amount paid as refund. At the end of the day, the seller wins by scamming unsuspecting buyers. View More
