I think that red light therapy with my Novaalab pad has helped a lot with my arm problems. I used it while watching tv and driving in my truck. I started having an electrical cord problem a week ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have used my device for a number of issues from pain to vertigo its even relieved swelling in my sister in laws arm, she suffers from lymphadema. I have given treatments to several family members , who have since purchased their own. my sleep is so much better and some days I feel so full of energy that if it would not defy gravity I think I could about fly. I currently own and use an older NovaaLab light pad, a new light pad with remote, a battery pack, and a Novoral device. Each item performs beautifully. I use them daily. I've tried other brands and found them less effective. NovaaLab products perform well at surprisingly affordable prices. In particular, the light pads effectively relieve arthritis discomfort, reducing reliance on NSAIDs. And the battery pack makes it very convenient. I highly recommend them! View More
