I purchased the xl pad for aches and pains and it’s worked wonders. I do a lot with my arthritic hands (there’s other aches and pains too) and at the end of the day I get excited to see and use it. Terrible Customer Service
Terrible, non-existent customer service. I ordered from the UK 3 days ago and as soon as I put the order in, realised that a different product was better suited to my needs after an injury. I immediately emailed their support email address to ask for an exchange before shipping and received no response (and 2 days later have received an email to say that the email is undelivered). I have also tried responding directly to emails as suggested, but also received no response. Yesterday evening I received an email saying that the original item I ordered has been shipped (therefore meaning if I wanted to exchange after this point- if I ever receive contact from them- I’d have to pay shipping costs to return the item) yet have still had no response to any emails sent. I can see from other comments that the company suggest emailing the same email address again to resolve issues, which is pointless when no one replies. A hollow company. View More

Love the boot and light pad!
The light pad and boot have been so wonderful for my mom. Her ankle sweeping and neuropathy have improved quickly with daily use of the boot at 20 minutes on each foot. The light pad is also great to be able to place on whatever area needs some healing. View More

Doing my research, the website was very clear as to the technical details of the product, very important. Ordering was easy, the product showed up in a reasonable period of time. High quality packaging, and instructions. I ordered the Healing pad XL. Also feels sturdy and high quality. Easy to use. I only just started to use it on my back and legs and I realize natural healing takes time. But my knee soreness appears to have decreased, muscles more relaxed.
