Oral gum red light therapy
Oral gum red light therapy. My gums tingle after use, not painful, but feels good. Hoping to see results in the future
The pad works as advertised.
Thus far i am very satisfied with the light pad. The delivery was quick and the device lessened some shin splint pain in a few days. I am a red light newbie but like what i see so far.

Novaa is a great company to do business with from their superb customer service and the quality of their products. I have bought several of their products (the dental red light device and the small red light pad.) Both have definitely helped the pain in my shoulder from bursitis (the pad) as well as occasional other body pain and the dental device for my gums after dental surgery. I had a small problem with my dental guard and the company immediately replaced the device with no problem. Their delivery, even out of state, is extremely fast. Thank you! View More

Power cord
The product is great an helped with my recovery from total knee replacement. Customer service was great. This is my second bc it is such a helpful part of my life but my first one electric power cord caused a overheating problem. When I tried to replace power cord I was told it was discontinued an that power cord was specific to my devise. I was just pass my 3 year warranty. So I needed to purchase another. Not happy I didn't have option to replace a power cord. That would have been much less. After all that its a great help to my aging process. View More

I bought 2 light pads last Christmas.
I bought 2 light pads last Christmas and have loved using mine (one was a gift). I used it almost everyday for the various pains that showed up. Wonderful product, but them some of the lights went out and I contacted the company and they were absolutely terrific about replacing it. I got my new pad quickly and it works great!! Just stellar customer service and quality product. I love this red light therapy pad and don't want to ever be without one! Thanks Novaalab!!! View More

Great Device and Customer Service!
I bought a light pad and I look forward to using it. It reduces any pain in one of my knees that is slightly weak from time to time from so much aerobics, jumping and running my entire life. The other night, my right wrist hurt a bit and put on the red light pad for about 15 mins and the pain was gone. If I have a little skin blemish, redness, the red light pad helps it heal quicker. I recently had an issue with the pad and customer service is excellent. Helping me within warranty. I am truly grateful! When I can, I would like to order the face mask.:) View More
Added another NovaaLab device to my collection
I took advantage of a 25% discount to buy another NovaaLab device. I have a hand held laser, a red light therapy pad and use the oral device. Adding the wrap around knee device to my herd of red light devices made sense because consistent use of the oral tray and hand held laser has been the definite cause of improvement of gum health and skin texture. I look forward to managing occasional knee pain with the knee wrap. Great products that work! View More
