Incomplete delivery and questionable explanations
What was ordered is not delivered and it is claimed that it is no longer available. It is still possible to order it on the website. Customers are lured with supposed "gifts" and then these are not delivered with flimsy explanations. In this case it was about the QC-55, which could be ordered free of charge with a monopod. I am still waiting for the QC-55 to this day. Quote: "Unfortunately, QC-55 is already out of stock and not continue production." View More
I received my order but I want to return it
I received my order, a tripod and it's a nice piece but it is to short for me, so it would be uncomfortable to use. I have sent Sirui a couple of emails as I would like to return the tripod but as of yet I have not heard a word about how to return it. They did offer me a discount on the product but don't want that. I want to return it. This is getting frustrating and not have taken this long to fix. View More
