Unreliable App With Bugs
Recently for the second time, I had issues with using streamyard, was interviewed for Web TV and at first the Camera on my Laptop worked find, then during the interview just after 5 minutes, the app had an issue detecting my camera and disconnected it, it. Unacceptable and the last time I will be using streamyard, unless I have no other choice due to the person holding the Interview with me is using it and then we will have to run a pre-recording rather than Live Streaming, as it has bugs and one can't trust it working well! Awful company connection issues with myself and my friend who has the account I'm co host of a podcast streams are broken, they blame the internet rather than take responsibility we both had engineers to do tests and look if any fault both came back positive I'm with talktalk he's with bt. Unstable Connection (nope unstable streamyard)
I Was using streamyard to stream our podcast at first it was fine then a signal started appearing on my screen saying unstable connection this was alien to say the least. To cut a long long story short after reporting repeatedly to streamyard all their contacts have the same script asking the sane questions I had multiple engineerscheck my wifi all saying no problem. The last time I had an open reach engineer witness streamyards connection problem even though the engineer was showing me my signal was strong and there was nothing wrong. Streamyard still would not accept responsibility and still tried using its your Internet so I ran all the tests which proved my Internet was strong and sent them back. The last attempt by the advisor was asking if I was using a built in camera or an alternative... wow the camera doesn't affect any wifi signal I laughed and cancelled my subscription.. please do not continue paying streamyard for this blatantly ignorant attempt at a resolution View More
Streamyard Quality is Terrible
This streaming platform is not very good. The picture quality is terrible. I thought maybe it was on my end. I had the cable company check my equipment and did speed test after speed test and all is fine. I decided to use a direct connection via a network cable and still the quality is subpar. I had been using the free version for sometime and now that Streamyard has been asking me to upgrade to the paid version the quality sucks. I am using another streaming platform now and the quality is perfect. I won’t be going back to streamyard. View More
Used to be good
Used to be good. But now they are just out for money. Suddenly find a charge on my credit card, when I was sure I had cancelled. They claim I suspended my account for three days. If I did, it would be helpful to remind the customer that a charge is about to take place. The job I did was for a one time event for a customer. Run away from this company like you're running away from hell
I subscribed premium for a month and forgot to cancel. I was charged for the second month and 10 minutes after that I contacted them after kindly asking them if I can get a refund because I didn't need that anymore. They said No, and when I show my disappointment with that, their solution was to end the chat. What a terrible company and terrible ethics. I was surpised by how small their long term vision is. Remember that I contacted them 10 minutes after I was charged. They are money greed and don't care about you as a client. Never ever I will use them again or recommend them. View More

Extremely sneaky with prices
Extremely sneaky with prices. They Don't send any correspondence confirming billing/invoices or auto renewals. It was only luckily that I saw they were increasing prices that I logged in to a site I had thought id frozen to see I'd been charged for almost 10 months. Terrible customer service. StreamYard is an excellent software for streaming on social media. I used the free version for over 1 year, and I almost have no bugs in the software. I experienced a bug twice, and it was repaired by a restart of my Mac. I will keep on using this streaming software in the future. View More
It's such a terrible space
It's such a terrible space. Stay away. Impossible to click on anything. As soon as you do the options you want disappear. They will take $1 from you, never be able to use the rubbish, and make it next to impossible to cancel. SCAM View More
Streamyard's Horrible Lag and Lack of Customer Support Drove Me to Streamlabs
What went wrong? Everything that matters for a live streaming platform. The 3-5 second lag on every broadcast was unacceptable, especially with a 131.8 Mbps internet connection. It got so bad my cohost had to leave mid-show because the delay ruined the flow of our discussions. To make matters worse, after being a loyal customer for three years, Streamyard’s customer support was dismissive and offered generic troubleshooting tips that didn’t address the core issue. Testing other platforms like Restream and Streamlabs confirmed the problem was Streamyard, not us—they had zero lag. Streamyard wasted my time, my money, and my patience. View More
Very poor experience, try someone else
The last time I used this it clipped the beginning of a live recording, making it unusable and wasting the work we'd put in. They don't seem interested in fixing it - six weeks and counting. I paused my membership while hoping they've fixed it, but I've been charged anyway. View More

As one of Streamyard's newest users, I have to say I'm truly impressed with the tool so far. I tried another streaming service and encountered ongoing YouTube connection errors and was never able to connect to Facebook, after several weeks of trying. I signed up for Streamyard and have found it to be user friendly, easy to setup and fun to use. I was fully setup in about an hour, and have successfully tested many livestreams. The majority of the negative reviews here seem to be centered around billing issues and not the service. When I signed up, it clearly stated auto renewal would be in place and it would be up to me to cancel. If I find a need to cancel later, and I do so before my renewal period, I'll simply take the necessary escalation measures to obtain my money... should that need ever arise. For now...
