Trak Racer has an amazing support staff. Bryan E. helped me with my fitment issue by sending me the replacement parts I needed. Everything went together as expected. The blue color of the Alpine Racer TRX is absolutely gorgeous!!! If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing! This sim rig is extremely stiff, I can't make anything move! I don't know why anybody would by those ugly profile rigs when the TRX exists!!! Again, support was phenomenal. Any question I had was answered quickly. I am very happy! Thank you Trak Racer! I am very happy with my Tr120s v2. I only gave TR a 3/5 because the assembly instructions were the worst I have ever dealt with. Easy to follow assembly and works as intended. I had to modify it to attach to a round simrig, but it works.

Order was received quickly. One box was a bit beat up and looked like the courier had applied tape. Noted that a piece was missing. Trak racer responded to my email almost immediately and had the missing part sent to me within a couple of days. Very happy with the service! View More

TR80 Buyer & Customer Service Experience
TR80 buyer. I love the rig. The quality is top notch. I had an issue with FedEx mishandling the box. A few of the parts were cosmetically damaged. I reached out to customer service and they responded rapidly with great care. Danny in customer service was great to work with. I saw a few people complaining about TR’s customer service. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. Danny got me everything I needed and kept me updated through the process. I couldn’t be happier to join the Trak Racer Family and absolutely will be buying some accessories to perfect the new rig! View More
The product is awesome, Instructions a complete failure.
The product is awesome. Your instructions for assembly of the TR160 suck. They are outdated and some of the components are not even the same. Main frame rails for one your instructions call for 4 channels and the new ones have 2. This total makes adjusting the TR One pedal assembly almost impossible to get the correct angles for pedals. BTW Trak Racers reply below is pure BS at the time I did the assembly there was not, they replied in the FB Group Trak Racers Owners Group that the TR160 would “soon” be getting an updated manual and I used the included pamphlet that had the QR code to scan to bring up the manual for the model you purchased. There blatant lie below in response takes me from the “I’d purchase again even though there was a miss or two on their part” I to the category I’ll never buy from them again. Any company that will flat out lie in responding to a honest review that actually praised their product isn’t worth spending money on. View More
The products themselves are good
The products themselves are good, but the customer service is mediocre and the process by which you return things is convoluted and designed to screw you over so you can’t return things that you ordered extra of accidentally. I ordered two things that were redundant with my rig that’s partially because it’s not clear what you need on the website and then returning it is a nightmare all these extra steps that places like Amazon don’t need to do and so I’m giving up and I’m basically wasting $100. AVOID!! Terrible company to deal with.
Terrible company to deal with. Issues with delivery, courier company and when raising issues with Track racer totally un empathetic responses like "we have very few complaints about our delivery's, its a shame for them. or when sending over a transcript of the conversation with the courier about a "missed" delivery when i was home and no one even attempted delivery i was told "thats hilarious!" Spending over £600 for a rig and will next be looking for full motion, haptics and pedal/DD wheel upgrades i will certainly not be using this company again. I will also warn anyone in any forum or discord to avoid - the customer service is non existent. I just hope the delivery turns up today and i have no issues with any of the equipment as this is a birthday present. Update from reading the response... utter rubbish and lies! The first transcript said i was unable to pick it up yesterday. I then spoke with them again and you were sent a screenshot of them saying i could pick up the items this morning. So I sent you proof that the courier had arranged for me to visit and pick up the parcels!! which took me 2.5 hours round trip! The driver confirmed to me this morning when the items were eventually delivered that the delivery items were not even on his van yesterday when he attended my address which is why it was not delivered!! My suspicion is that they just sent, items will be delivered tomorrow, then, on its way/out for delivery communication to hit some kind of target when they didnt even have the items at their depot! You have not even offered refund of £30 delivery fee for all the messing around or as a gesture of good will. At no point did you tell me to raise a complaint with them - i did that off my own back! i have the full email chain!! I think my point is proven. Lies, excuses and total lack of empathy. Anyone only has to do a search for track racer delivery or DX express couriers to see how bad it is, its all over trust pilot, forums and discord servers! Utter shambles. Use a more reputable courier and respond/communicate with your customers with a more professional manner. View More

Don’t back their product
Don’t back their product. The boxes came delivered looking like they did two tours in Iraq. Put it together and sent numerous pictures of dents and dings. They won’t do anything about because I didn’t take before pictures. Expensive unit just to look like it was in a demolition derby. Two days after I bought it, I got an email stating they were running 15% off. Wouldn’t even honor that with all the dents and dings. Disappointed to say the least and won’t spend another dime with them. Been in the customer service industry for 20+ years and I would never let a customer walk away this way. Just my two cents! I had recently ordered some of trak racers sim gloves however upon arrival one of the gloves has some stitching loose. Tr40s sim rig
Once assembled it isn't a bad rig. Problem is getting it assembled. Instructions are very hard to read IF you can find the right version online. Parts aren't labeled either so following instructions is even harder. To make matters even worse some assembly hardware was missing. Some of the worst instructions I've ran across in 40yrs. In reply to Track Racer, No the hardware was not marked at all. It was all in plastic bags in a big mixed up jumble. Had to measure and separate everything to figure out exactly what is what. Time consuming and frustrating. I'm disappointed in your response trying to say your lack of organizational skills is the customers fault/ problem. I did ask for and get the missing hardware in a timely manner though. Also on a lighter note, once assembled it like the rig alot. If you get those couple issues straightened out you would have a great product with good experience start to fiinish. View More
Avoid these guys unless you want to go through pain putting together their products
I have to say that I wasn't impressed with Trak Racer in terms of the equipment I bought from them on behalf of the company I work for. My biggest gripe is how painful they've made what should be a fairly straightforward process, when putting together our racing rig from them - it took us almost 2 full days to get it setup due to how bad their instructions are (mainly thanks to a random YouTube video and one of our US colleagues who had put together another one of their rigs before), for the prices they charge it should be much easier to put them together! Plus on top - there are so many parts and ways to build them (again why not make this easier?) that trying to get everything together and then finding out that one or two parts are missing is super frustrating - currently I'm waiting for these guys to get back to me on PC straps that were never included in the box for the PC shelf add on. So I wouldn't recommend these guys, especially with how painful they've made it to build their products! View More
GT Style Fixed Fiberglass Seat Warped
The GT Style Fixed Fiberglass Seat that was order was warped and deformed enough that the center seat belt hole was off center over an inch to on side, and the back bolt mounting points of the seat were off axis and off plane from the front bolt mounting points and no way would align up with the steel seat bracket slots. Customer Service is in the stone-ages and was super difficult to deal with and argued, even with photos, refusing the seat was defective. Miserable experience given so many other companies offering the same products, you'd want to stand out from the rest, and they have in a negative way for me. View More
