No customer service
I received my cockpit arrived in damaged boxes so I refused delivery. The problem when it comes to customer care is that they don’t respond in a timely manner. I don’t believe that a month to get a refund is reasonable. View More
Do not trust the website reviews
Well I would try and leave a review on the web site tried 4 times over a 2 month period clearly only want positive things to say on the website. Basically if your looking to buy a rig shop around you are not buying into excellent customer service or superior product if they have what you want at a fair price go for it but trust me when i say shop around some better stuff out there if not the same for cheaper. i will quote my review here.. "Okay so had the rig 1yr now so feel I can give a good review.. TR80 Racing Simulator MK5 not available as package now but very similar To start trak racer sent 2 orders to an incorrect address so not a great start.. and we know these things are not easy to shift around. Having built the rig was super stoked to be out of the playseat(deck chair) and have a solid rig. all goes together well but they do supply the cheapest bolts avail I guess they all would so replaced the heavy load ones with 12.9's.. And yeah as you would expect its a solid profile rig as I am sure most profile rigs are. The adjustable pedal plate good luck I think once we have it set its not changing the weight plus the bracketry sliding on the adjustable bolt threads doesn't work. So foolishly I stuck with track racer to get my triple screen mount (regret).look elsewhere I purchased the fully adjustable vesa mounts too. there is better out there go look sim lab maybe?? Then fitting the triple screens was a pain the angle brackets are not suitable for the smaller than 34" screens hence they re-designed but sadly not available to existing customers without buying a complete new triple screen rig mount. to get 4 brackets. And that's the final part of my review the price for what we get. I paid for Trak racer to get a superior customer service, and when asking about brackets and by this stage I've spent over £880 so surely a helpful response and possible solution even when willing an offering to pay for the new style bracketry I was told no. also it took over 2 months to get that simple NO, with back a forth with the service team. So in short would I buy from trak racer again simples NO. Would you get a similar product with equal or more customer service help at less expense most likely and there are a lot more choices now that when I purchased.. I've added photos of the brackets and how I even had to cut to get to fit at all.. check reddit this is common wish I did. also check out simlab zero play As most reviews are positive purely based on 'better than what I had before' then of course its 5 star it's going to be stiffer than playseat and 1000% better than a desk but as a profile rig and customer support go, 1 star on a good day maybe? I purchased the Tifosi Red Alpine TRX on 11/1/25. Order was shipped on 11/3/25. I received all boxes timely and was pleased up until this point. I attempted to assemble my rig on 11/11/25 and found a bag of hardware that was in a single ziploc bag. They were all mixed in together and there was no way to identify what each different size screw was because there are several different options with minor differences. I contacted support identifying the problem. I was told to submit a picture of what I had received along with the manual being used and I would be given what I needed to assemble the rig. The picture was submitted on 11/13/25 in the morning and I reached out to make sure they had received the image and was told they had issued a request for me to receive my hardware. Now on 11/17/25 I received an email to look at the new updated manual to compare the hardware that I had received. The new manual does not properly instruct you on how to assemble the rig. Step 1 is even incorrect. The hardware list on the updated manual doesn't include lock washers but somehow show a picture of a bolt needing lock washers. I have yet to receive the hardware needed. I have been told I would and then asked more questions instead. I am truly disappointed with the support because they truly are just a middle person between you and someone who can make a decision. After spending so much on a rig I just want to be able to put it together. Update: 11/18/25 I reached back out to customer support for an update on the hardware request after he mentioned sending the request to his next level up. He told me that he had not received an update and would reach back out to me in a couple hours. Never heard back from support and will be reaching out to them again tomorrow. View More

Product is great, shipment details not so much
Product is great. Initial communication after purchase was s bit lacking. I was not told I needed to sign for the delivery so I missed the original delivery attempt then spent the next 5 days trying to get all seven boxes. Apparently FedEx does not keep all boxes together after the initial delivery attempt and some went into hiding as I received them in 3 separate deliveries. Had i been informed in the shipment email i needed to sign i could have made arrangements to be there on the first attempt. View More
Round 2, way better then round 1
So my first go round with this company was atrocious. After 2 1/2 years had an issue with my TRX, which has a 5 year frame warranty. They replaced the frame, and even got the V2 frame as a replacement. Aundre is awesome. So all in all, they def stand behind their product, and Kudos to Aundre for getting it all sorted, shipped in a very timely manner. Thank you! View More
