What made my experience go from sad/angry to complete stress free, solved was a kind lady called Karina who was part of the Customer Service Rep. I had a issue with my Wd-a2 machine in not hitting optical temp which frustrated me so much. I'm disabled with severe back problems and always in a lot of pain. I didn't need my Waterdrop machine not working correctly, as I love a hot piping hot coffee. I emailed customers services and was greeted with Karina who kindly had to put up with my long winded emails expressing my frustration on my new Waterdrop machine. She kindly emailed suggestion on a try fix by the Manual and resetting my machine. I was suffering with alot of pain and moaning, but Karina sorted a replacement machine for me. Sadly the replacement machine had the same issue, Karina stepped up and sorted me with a different Waterdrop machine. Every email I sent to Karina during this short fix, she was kind and helpful and put up with my pain management of my back. Karina made the experience smooth with no bumps in the road. Defect in water supply fitting.

Amazing Customer Service
There were some glitches with the delivery of the items I ordered but Beria at Waterdrop customer service has been incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Despite the delays which could have been a fault from the courier, I received everything I ordered plus they sent immediately an extra filter. Besides that, the RO works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the taste of the water which normally in our country (Malta) tastes like pool water! Very happy all round and knowing this is a company that sorts out problems efficiently and politely, makes me ultra confident that they will handle any future question I may have just as professionally.
