Excellent customer service around maintenance
We had an issue with TDS creep in our Waterdrop G3 after 3 years of owning even when we had replaced all the filters as per recommendations. The customer service was quick to respond and requested detailed questions to troubleshoot and get the issue fixed. 100% would recommend Waterdrop to others. View More
The process of installation was easy…
The process of installation was easy and the ability to get a system with 8 stage of filteration including UV is a value. Ease of filter changeout is also a big plus. One issue I had was directions that came with the tank and "T" to connect to the refrigerator. I installed the "T" above the UV filtration and ran it to the fridge. The UV filtration unit is not shown which led to some confusion. Bottom line is that I was able to install the system myself. We are very happy with the system. View More
